“What was silent in the father speaks in the son, and often I found in the son the unveiled secret of the father.”
Nietzsche has beautifully described this beautiful relationship of a father & son. Feels like yesterday when a refugee from Pakistan saw a dream. A vision which was transformed into reality by his only son & it created a new horizon by his grandson. The man was Late Mr. Loknath Manchanda & the dream was Lamos Group. This wise, sagacious old man wanted to create a new dimension in the footwear industry by business ethics & valuing labor.
His son the revolutionary Mr. Ajay manchanda added a new hue to the organizational fabric with his spark & creativity. From a small company to a group comprising of companies catering to different markets Lamos has scaled new heights by his undaunted efforts. A buying house, export business & managing traders to the new ventures in the pipelines are all the results of this maestro’s exemplary thinking. Now, AJ as he has been fondly called is transcending a new wave of creativity to the industry with Lamos group’s motto of Let’s create.
A wise man knows his child, an apt statement for this management. 35 years & counting, Lamos group is up scaling new heights with new footsteps. Mr. Nakul Manchanda, a prodigy with his business management ideas & entrepreneurial zeal is adding a new vigor to the organization. His vibrancy & new age technological trend in the industry will lead the group to wider global spectrum. His academic credentials & global exposure will add prospects to the organization.
These 35 years of success & glory have not been possible without the endless endeavors of our management, staff & the people who have walked this beautiful journey with us. With this era we thank those who have been with us & welcome aboard the ones who starting a new story with us. With the celebrations & jubilations of Lamos Day today we promise you that we deliver the best & create what is different from the rest. With the Belief that we will together embark upon this voyage of success, we leave this thought on a poem by Woods:
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
